Roles and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including , email, and other online tools.
Generate high-quality leads that align with our target market.
Initial Outreach:
Engage with prospects via email, cold calls, and social media to initiate conversations.
Qualify leads by understanding their business needs and challenges.
Pipeline Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
Coordinate and schedule meetings or demos for Account Executives.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create and refine outreach strategies.
Provide feedback on prospecting efforts to improve overall team efficiency.
Continuous Learning:
Stay updated on our product offerings and industry trends.
Participate in regular training sessions to enhance your sales skills.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience: 0–1 year in a sales or customer-facing role (internships included).
Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivated, resilient, and eager to learn.
Basic knowledge of sales tools like CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
Location: Must be based in Chennai and available to work in-office.
