Sales Coordinator's

Role Description:-

We are seeking a talented

Sales Coordinator

to join our team. The Sales Coordinator is responsible for dealing with any and all customer questions about the products and services the company offers. A sales Coordinator is expected to be continuously updating their knowledge of the company products.

The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales team in the day-to-day activities associated with the sales process, preparing proposals and quotations, conducting market research, and ensuring timely delivery of products to clients. The Sales Coordinator will also be responsible for maintaining and updating customer records in the company's CRM system and coordinating with different departments.

Qualifications:-
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
At least

2-3 years of experience

in Sales Coordination, Sales Support or a similar role
Ability to work well under pressure, multitask and meet deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team with sales staff, managers, and clients
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
Understanding of sales processes and basic knowledge of sales techniques and principles
Ability to analyze data to make informed decisions and provide actionable insights
Demonstrated attention to detail and organization skills
Experience in the luxury retail or lifestyle industry, is a plus

Sales Coordinator's Responsibilities: -
Greeting customers and Conducting meeting with Architect's, Interior designers, PMC to promote the organization and products.
To understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the products you represent, including their features, benefits, and applications.
Assist clients in product selection by providing technical information and specification.
Collaborate with internal estimation team to prepare accurate quote and proposals and provide it to the clients.
Routine follow ups with sales team and with clients to know status about proposals.
Maintain accurate records and sales activities, client interactions, and sales forecasts.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management.
