Job Title: Pre-Sales & CRM Head Location: Gurugram, Haryana Experience: 8-12 years Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Pre-Sales & CRM Head to lead our pre-sales and customer relationship management functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving customer engagement, managing the pre-sales lifecycle, and ensuring a seamless transition from lead generation to conversion. This role requires a deep understanding of CRM strategies, sales support, and client relationship management to enhance overall business performance. Key Responsibilities: Pre-Sales Responsibilities: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to qualify leads and understand customer requirements. Develop compelling sales pitches, product demonstrations, and presentations for prospective clients. Assist in proposal development, pricing strategies, and responding to RFPs/RFQs. Conduct market research to identify customer pain points and align solutions accordingly. Collaborate with product teams to create tailored solutions based on customer needs. CRM Responsibilities: Develop and implement customer relationship strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Oversee the CRM platform to ensure efficient tracking of customer interactions and sales activities. Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for engagement and upselling. Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients and provide ongoing support. Develop loyalty programs and customer feedback mechanisms to enhance service quality. Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead a team of pre-sales and CRM professionals, providing training and performance guidance. Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product development teams to drive business objectives. Establish best practices and standard operating procedures for pre-sales and CRM functions. Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. 8-12 years of experience in pre-sales, CRM, or sales operations. Strong understanding of CRM tools and sales automation platforms. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and customer insights. Leadership experience with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
