Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Pre-Sales Consultant to join our travel company's sales team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about travel, skilled at understanding customer needs, and adept at building customized solutions that align with clients' travel aspirations. This role will involve client engagement, proposal development, and strategic support to drive sales and conversions. If you enjoy creating memorable travel experiences and thrive in a collaborative, results-driven environment, we'd love to have you on our team.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in a pre-sales, sales, or customer service role within the travel or hospitality industry.
  • Skills:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Knowledge of travel destinations, industry trends, and competitor landscape.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Desired Qualities:
  • Passion for travel and creating unique experiences.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively to propose custom solutions.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple leads simultaneously.
