Job Title: Inside Sales Specialist – Cybersecurity
Job Location: Hyderabad (Only)
Day Shift & 5 days a week
Experience: 2-4 years
Relevant Experience: 1+ year
WFO

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting :
Generate and qualify leads via cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
Research and target companies that need IT infrastructure security solutions.

Sales Cycle Management :
Manage and drive the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure.
Identify customer pain points and match those with appropriate cybersecurity offerings.

Product Knowledge & Solutions Selling :
Develop a deep understanding of our cybersecurity solutions, including threat detection, data protection, network security, and cloud security.
Understand and articulate the benefits of cybersecurity solutions in the context of IT infrastructure.

Customer Engagement :
Conduct virtual meetings and presentations to prospective clients to showcase our products and services.
Follow up with leads, answer inquiries, and address concerns to move prospects through the sales funnel.

Collaboration :
Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and technical experts to ensure a seamless sales process.
Collaborate with senior sales executives for complex deals and strategic opportunities.

Sales Reporting & CRM :
Track all sales activities in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and maintain an up-to-date record of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.

Market Research :
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer challenges related to cybersecurity and IT infrastructure.

Qualifications:
Experience :
2+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably within IT, cybersecurity, or technology services.
Familiarity with selling cybersecurity solutions such as network security, endpoint protection, cloud security, etc.

Skills :
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to understand and address customer needs.
Ability to conduct virtual meetings and demos.
Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and the role of cybersecurity within that space.

Technical Understanding :
Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts (e.g., firewalls, threat intelligence, encryption, data protection).
Knowledge of IT infrastructure components like servers, networks, cloud services, etc.

CRM Proficiency :
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar).
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.

Other Skills :
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in IT infrastructure or cybersecurity sales.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Knowledge of ITIL and relevant cybersecurity frameworks.
