We are a Space Safety and Logistics Company, using technology to save the Trillion $ Space industry from Debris Pollution in Space. We believe that the problems of Earth can be solved using Space. However, the rapid increase in the number of satellites is also increasing the risk of satellite collision, leading to Debris pollution- making space a dangerous place for other satellites as well as astronauts. To prevent this, we are developing an Agile, Safe, Efficient and Affordable Green Propulsion System with a new fuel, engine and catalyst for the engine to avoid satellite collision in space and prevent Debris Pollution, which can hence be a potential green alternative to the current monopropellant propulsion technology.

Roles & Responsibilities
Analyze operational workflows to identify areas for improvement and implement streamlined procedures to maximize overall efficiency.
Research, select, and negotiate contracts with vendors for necessary supplies and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
Maintain inventory levels for office supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed while adhering to budget allocations.
Organize, manage, and maintain company documents, implementing efficient filing systems and ensuring easy access for authorized personnel.
Manage office expenses and prepare detailed expense reports for review.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of various departments or functions, including production, supply chain, logistics, and facility management.
Identify and address operational challenges proactively, using effective communication and timely decision-making under pressure.
Prevent future operational issues through proactive measures and continuous process improvement.
Conduct and regularly update workplace hazard assessments, identifying potential safety risks, assessing their severity, and implementing preventive actions.
Manage travel arrangements for employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and cost-effectiveness.
Coordinate event management activities, including organizing corporate events, meetings, and conferences.
Oversee facility management, including working with agencies, managing Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), and ensuring the upkeep of the facility.
Manage internal document workflows, ensuring all necessary documentation is processed, stored, and easily accessible for relevant teams.
Supervise reception operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning and high standards of customer service.
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate degree or equivalent.
Previous experience in an operations or administrative role is highly preferred.

Knowledge and Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to operational challenges.
Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience with operational and administrative budgeting.
Ability to handle travel and event management with efficiency and attention to detail.
Familiarity with facility management, including agency management and AMC handling.
Strong organizational skills, particularly in document management and reception oversight.
