We are looking for a highly motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our team and drive new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential leads through various marketing and outreach strategies.
This role requires strong research skills, expertise in digital marketing, and the ability to build relationships with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct research to identify potential leads and target audiences.
• Generate high-quality leads through various channels, including digital marketing, email campaigns, Linkedin outreach, cold calling, and other lead-generation tools.
• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they meet the company's target audience.
• Develop and execute lead nurturing strategies to engage prospects and move them through the sales funnel.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion rates.
• Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead information and activity tracking.
• Analyze lead generation metrics and optimize strategies based on performance insights.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging lead generation techniques.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Experience- Fresher or 6 Month are welcome
• Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of lead generation tools and techniques (Linked In Sales Navigator, email automation tools, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with CRM software (Hub Spot, Salesforce, etc.).
• Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
• Ability to analyze data and optimize lead generation campaigns.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred).
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in B2 B lead generation.
• Knowledge of PPC, SEO, and social media marketing.
