Cloud Technologies Ltd is a UK-based IT services company specializing in Web Development, SEO, Digital Marketing, Software Testing, and IT Solutions . We are actively looking for a results-driven Lead Generation & Sales Strategist who can source leads and close deals from Upwork, Freelancer, Clutch, PeoplePerHour, and other freelance platforms.
Role Overview:
We need a high-performing sales expert who can:
Drive sales from Month 1 using a structured sales approach.
Source & close high-ticket projects from Upwork, Freelancer & Clutch.
Mentor & upskill interns/freshers to improve lead generation efforts.
Optimize our profiles & boost rankings on freelance platforms.
Build long-term client relationships to ensure recurring business.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Sourcing & Conversion:
Identify & bid on high-value IT projects on Upwork, Freelancer, Clutch, etc.
Write compelling proposals that maximize conversion rates.
Handle client negotiations and close deals effectively .
Ensure high responsiveness & professionalism in client interactions.
Sales & Business Growth:
Implement a clear strategy to achieve revenue goals from Month 1 .
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets .
Explore additional LinkedIn & cold outreach strategies for lead generation.
Mentoring & Team Training:
Train and mentor interns/freshers on effective bidding, client communication, and deal closing.
Develop lead generation scripts, email templates, and outreach strategies .
Monitor team performance & provide real-time coaching .
Profile Optimization & Branding:
Optimize our Upwork, Freelancer & Clutch profiles for maximum visibility .
Showcase client testimonials, case studies & past successes to enhance credibility.
Maintain an updated company portfolio on all platforms.
Compensation & Perks:
Salary: ₹30,000 per month
Commission: 10% on revenue from closed deals
Pay Review: Every 6 months based on performance
Growth: Leadership role with an opportunity to build & manage a team
Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of proven experience in IT sales & lead generation on Upwork, Freelancer, Clutch.
Track record of closing deals and generating revenue from freelance platforms.
Expertise in bidding & proposal writing to maximize conversions.
Strong client communication & negotiation skills .
Ability to mentor and train junior team members/interns .
Familiarity with IT services like Web Development, SEO, Digital Marketing, Software Testing.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator & Cold Outreach .
Understanding of B2B sales, IT consulting, and software solutions .
Prior experience in building & managing sales teams .
