Role : Account Manager Experience : 4-6 years Location : Pune Responsibilities/Duties: Manage a set of accounts and be primarily responsible for customer satisfaction, revenue growth and proactive up selling/cross selling across the different types of contracts. Act as the single point contact for the customer to understand their goals, motivations, needs and forecast our services Lead the sales process and collaborate across stakeholders for strengthening the customer relationship and growing the account Understand the customers' business and solution requirements and drive sales by positioning Apexon's value proposition Engage and manage the relationships at the senior management, procurement and CXO level in the account Develop and plan account strategies such as, selecting services / solutions for calls, identifying influencers, overcoming objections, and driving the deal to closure Introduce new services, make sales presentations, and negotiate discount points Customarily and regularly engage with decision makers at client facilities in performing primary duties This role carries a revenue and margin target. Role Requirements: Candidate should have a proven track record of satisfied customers. Candidate should be able to showcase success stories and should demonstrate the hunger create an account management practice - processes and artifacts Candidate should also showcase the ability to work across organization functions and directly reporting into the organization leadership. 3+ years of sales experience in IT services, Consulting and solution selling is preferred Sound understanding of client & enterprise products Experience in dealing with Captives / GCCs Should have excellent communication skills Should be able to articulate the views and effectively interact at CXO level and clients.
