We're hunting for someone who can charm the Indian youth both online and offline, turn campaigns into conversations, and make flutrr the talk of every chai adda, college fest, and group chat.
What you'll be doing (aka your love language with our community ): Lead and grow flutrr's youth community & ambassador network like it's your own social circle.
Cook up digital marketing campaigns that are as scroll-stopping as a viral meme.
Manage social media, PR, media relations, branding, and creative advertising without breaking a sweat.
Build youth engagement programs that feel like festivals, not focus groups.
Keep your finger on the pulse of Indian youth culture and the latest digital trends.
Understand India very well.
Who we're looking for (and no, "good vibes only" is not enough): 5+ years in marketing/communications (digital marketing, social, PR, branding, you name it).
Educational chops in marketing/communications — Master's/MBA is a big plus.
A natural at understanding what makes Indian youth tick, click, and double-tap.
Creative brain + strategic mind = your default mode.
Comfortable juggling campaigns, events, and brand stories without dropping the ball.
