We help plumbers, roofers, contractors, and more rank #1 on Google and generate consistent leads with SEO.

With 13+ years of proven results and 75+ brands scaled, we're now looking for a seasoned SEO Lead to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
End-to-end project ownership
  • Fully manage SEO strategy, GBP SEO and execution for your assigned 6-7 clients independently.
  • Be accountable for results, timelines, and overall performance.
Monthly reporting
  • Prepare clear, well-structured monthly reports summarizing work done, key results, and next steps.
  • Ensure reports are accurate, insightful, and delivered on time.
Monthly audits
  • Conduct a thorough SEO audit for each client every month.
  • Evaluate whether we're on the right strategic path and identify any adjustments needed.

Weekly planning
  • Based on each client's monthly deliverables, outline your weekly plan every Monday.
  • Share this plan internally to ensure alignment and trackability.

Sharing wins
  • Highlight any key wins (e.g., ranking improvements, traffic jumps, GBP call increases) with Client Success Manager promptly so they can be shared with clients.
Keeping records updated
  • Maintain your project sheets and master tracker up to date daily.
  • All progress, completed tasks, and updates should be clearly documented without delays.
Additional expectations
  • Act on feedback from Farman (SEO Manager) and address any QA notes promptly.
  • Always prioritize quality - double-check your work before considering it final.
  • Flag any challenges early, along with possible solutions. We value proactive problem-solving.

Read This Before You Apply

We're not looking for someone with generic SEO experience or SaaS background.

We want:

NOT someone who's only done blogs, content, or ecom

Someone who has hands-on experience ranking local businesses in the USA

Someone who can show real GBP results and ranking reports

Someone who understands the pain points of service-based clients and knows how to get them leads

Must-Haves:

  • 3+ years of Local SEO experience (not just general SEO)
  • Proven GBP ranking results + Website ranking results (you'll be asked to share samples)
  • Deep understanding of Google Business Profile optimization, local link building, technical audits, and lead generation-focused SEO
  • Prior experience managing teams or overseeing junior SEOs
  • Excellent communication skills – comfortable speaking directly to clients
  • India-based, fluent in English
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to create and maintain SOPs
