About the RoleWe are seeking an innovative and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute modern marketing strategies The ideal candidate will bring a fresh perspective leveraging new-age marketing concepts digital tools and creative strategies to drive brand awareness lead generation and business growth This remote role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in India while contributing to impactful campaigns across diverse industries Key Responsibilities Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that align with business objectives Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns including SEO PPC social media email marketing and content marketing Utilize modern tools and platforms to analyze market trends track campaign performance and optimize ROI Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content design visuals and implement branding strategies Build and maintain a strong online presence across multiple channels enhancing brand recognition and reputation Identify and explore emerging marketing trends and technologies to drive innovation Conduct market research to understand audience preferences competitors and industry trends Manage marketing budgets ensuring cost-effective strategies and proper allocation of resources Monitor campaign metrics generate reports and provide insights to leadership for continuous improvement Foster partnerships and collaborations to amplify reach and strengthen brand positioning Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field Master s degree preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing with a focus on digital strategies and modern marketing tools Proficiency in marketing platforms like Google Analytics HubSpot SEMrush and social media management tools Strong understanding of SEO content marketing paid advertising and marketing automation Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and coordinate with stakeholders Creative mindset with the ability to develop unique and impactful marketing campaigns Data-driven approach to decision-making with strong analytical skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in creating and managing omnichannel marketing campaigns Familiarity with influencer marketing AI-driven marketing and growth hacking strategies Knowledge of global and local market trends
