Cross-functional Coordination: Serve as the bridge between curriculum development, technical teams, and teaching staff to ensure aligned execution.
Performance Tracking: Monitor key operational metrics to improve curriculum delivery and student outcomes.
Responsibilities: Curriculum Deployment and Operations Management: Develop and implement standard operating procedures for curriculum rollout, updates, and maintenance.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
2+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in education or Ed Tech.

Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
Data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
