Job Title: People Soft Procure-to-Pay (PTP) Implementation Specialist Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid Work Model) Contract Duration: 6 months + extendable About the Role: We are seeking a skilled People Soft Procure-to-Pay (PTP) Functional Analyst to lead the implementation of a global Procure-to-Pay platform.

This is a critical role involving end-to-end responsibility for People Soft PTP module implementation across the full project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities: Lead full lifecycle implementation of People Soft Procure-to-Pay (PTP) modules Conduct detailed business process analysis to identify improvement opportunities Design, configure, and customize People Soft PTP modules aligned with business requirements Develop comprehensive functional specifications and documentation Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth integration and system functionality Oversee system and user acceptance testing phases to ensure quality delivery Provide end-user training and post-implementation support to drive adoption Act as a subject matter expert, advising on best practices and process optimization Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet business objectives Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or related discipline (Master's degree preferred)5 to 7 years of total professional experience5 to 6 years of hands-on experience in People Soft Procure-to-Pay functional implementation Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay business processes and People Soft capabilities Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills If you are passionate about driving impactful PTP implementations and want to work with a global leader, apply now to join our team You can share you resume at vinay.kumar@arigohrsolution.com
