Job Title: PeopleSoft Procure-to-Pay (PTP) Implementation Specialist

Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid Work Model)

Contract Duration: 6 months + extendable

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled PeopleSoft Procure-to-Pay (PTP) Functional Analyst to lead the implementation of a global Procure-to-Pay platform. This is a critical role involving end-to-end responsibility for PeopleSoft PTP module implementation across the full project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full lifecycle implementation of PeopleSoft Procure-to-Pay (PTP) modules
  • Conduct detailed business process analysis to identify improvement opportunities
  • Design, configure, and customize PeopleSoft PTP modules aligned with business requirements
  • Develop comprehensive functional specifications and documentation
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth integration and system functionality
  • Oversee system and user acceptance testing phases to ensure quality delivery
  • Provide end-user training and post-implementation support to drive adoption
  • Act as a subject matter expert, advising on best practices and process optimization
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet business objectives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or related discipline (Master's degree preferred)
  • 5 to 7 years of total professional experience
  • 5 to 6 years of hands-on experience in PeopleSoft Procure-to-Pay functional implementation
  • Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay business processes and PeopleSoft capabilities
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
