Job Title: Software Engineer – PeopleSoft FSCM Technical Developer

Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid Work Model)

Contract Duration: 6 months + extendable

Budget Range: ₹20 to ₹24 LPA

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled PeopleSoft 9.2 Technical Developer with strong expertise in FSCM (Financials, Expenses, O2C, and Supply Chain Management) . In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and resolving production incidents, designing and developing enhancements, troubleshooting performance issues, and integrating with external systems. You will collaborate closely with functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and resolve production incidents in PeopleSoft FSCM
  • Design, develop, and implement system enhancements
  • Troubleshoot performance issues and provide solutions
  • Integrate PeopleSoft with external systems
  • Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements
  • Prepare technical documentation and design specifications
  • Develop, test, and migrate code to production environments
  • Provide support for process improvements and system upgrades

Must-Have Skills:

  • 6+ years in PeopleSoft FSCM Technical Development
  • Strong experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 application
  • Proficiency in PeopleTools v8.6+ (Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, CI, File Layout, Integration Broker, Workflow, SQR)
  • Knowledge of AP, Travel & Expenses, BI, AR, Contracts, PC, GL, AM, LA modules
  • Experience with BI Publisher report creation/modification
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Coupa background
  • Approval workflow setup & troubleshooting
  • Functional knowledge of Expenses, P2P, and O2C modules
  • Performance tuning for processes/pages
  • Experience with Oracle Support patching
  • PeopleSoft/Oracle certifications (preferred)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, IT, Computer Science, or related field from a recognized university
