Key Responsibilities

• System Analysis & Development
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions in PeopleSoft HCM.
• Develop, customize, and enhance PeopleSoft applications, reports, interfaces, and processes.
• Hierarchy Changes & People Movement
• Manage and implement organizational hierarchy changes, including business unit (BU), cost center (CC), job data changes, and associated constraints.
• Support employee movement processes such as transfers, promotions, reassignments, and terminations while ensuring data integrity.
• Benefits & Compensation
• Work with PeopleSoft Benefits Administration, managing open enrollment cycles, benefit plan configurations, and eligibility rules.
• Implement and maintain compensation structures, salary adjustments, and related HR processes.
• Payroll & Leave Accrual
• Support leave accrual processes, ensuring accurate balance calculations and integration with payroll.
• Troubleshoot and resolve paycheck-related issues, collaborating with payroll teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Integration & Data Management
• Develop and maintain integrations between PeopleSoft and external systems, ensuring data accuracy and synchronization.
• Create and maintain complex queries, reports, and analytics to support HR operations and decision-making.
• Testing & Quality Assurance
• Conduct unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Document technical specifications, configurations, and processes.
• Support & Issue Resolution
• Provide technical support for production issues and incidents.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective measures to prevent recurrence.
• Collaboration & Communication
• Work closely with functional teams, business users, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Participate in regular team meetings, project discussions, and status reporting.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5-7 years of hands-on experience in PeopleSoft HCM development.
• Strong experience with:
• PeopleSoft HCM modules, including Core HR, Benefits Administration, Compensation, Payroll, and Leave Management.
• Managing hierarchy changes and employee movements based on BUs, Cost Centers, Job Data, etc.
• Benefits open enrollment cycles and configurations.
• Leave accrual processes and payroll integrations.
• Proficiency in PeopleSoft tools such as:
• People Tools
• Application Designer
• People Code
• Application Engine
• Component Interfaces
• Integration Broker
• SQR
• SQL
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)

• Experience with PeopleSoft upgrades or migrations.
• Exposure to PeopleSoft Fluid UI.
• Familiarity with Oracle databases and performance tuning.
• Knowledge of cloud integrations (Oracle Cloud HCM or similar).
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
