Job Title: Peoplesoft Developer/Analyst

About the Role

This is a key position in our team, responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our clients' PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) systems. The successful candidate will have a strong background in PeopleTools/Application Designer, PeopleCode, SQR, COBOL, Application Engine, SQL, and DMS Scripts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement solutions to meet business requirements and deadlines, following established development standards.
  • Analyze and resolve production issues, providing timely communication to stakeholders as per service level agreements.
  • Perform quality assurance testing on projects completed by other team members, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Provide 24/7 on-call support as assigned, ensuring seamless system operation.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM development, including PeopleTools/Application Designer, PeopleCode, SQR, COBOL, Application Engine, SQL, and DMS Scripts.
  • Experience using Oracle Database 19c or above.
  • Functional and technical understanding of the PeopleSoft HCM product suite, including Human Resources, Benefits Administration, eBenefits, Payroll for North America, and Time and Labor.
  • Hands-on experience with the full software development lifecycle.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analysis skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
