We are seeking a skilled Oracle PeopleSoft consultant with 3 to 8 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with PeopleSoft modules and a strong understanding of business processes across Finance, HRMS, or Campus Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Design, configure, and implement Oracle PeopleSoft solutions based on business requirements.">
  • Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement within PeopleSoft modules (e.g., HCM, FSCM, Campus Solutions).">
  • Perform technical and functional activities including system configuration, development, testing, deployment, and support.">
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to ensure successful delivery.">
  • Provide production support and troubleshooting, including performance tuning and issue resolution.">
  • Assist in system upgrades, patches, and regular maintenance activities.">

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for individuals with:

  • ">
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle PeopleSoft.">
  • Proficiency in PeopleTools (Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, etc.).">
  • A strong understanding of PeopleSoft architecture and integration technologies.">
  • Experience in upgrades, customizations, and end-to-end implementation projects.">
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.">
  • The ability to work independently in a hybrid work model.">
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.">
  • Experience working in Agile project environments.">
  • Familiarity with Oracle Cloud or migration from PeopleSoft to Cloud is a plus.">
