We are seeking a qualified PeopleSoft Consultant to replace Heera Barodia. The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and experience: 1. Communication Skills:

  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English fluently.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with the PeopleSoft team.

2. Technical Expertise:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a PeopleSoft Technical Consultant.
  • Proficiency in developing Application Engine (AE), Queries, BI Publisher (BIP) reports, pages, interfaces, and other customized functions/reports.

3. SQL Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with SQL Server and the ability to write and optimize queries.

4. Domain Expertise:

  • Experience with PeopleSoft Core HR and the Global Payroll module, specifically for China.

5. Payroll Configuration:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a PeopleSoft Functional Consultant specializing in payroll.
  • Proven ability to configure payroll systems for Chinese payroll customization
