They act as the bridge between the company and its clients.
Maintain in-depth knowledge about the brands, materials, finishes and pricing.
Document/Process the data of leads received from multiple sources on an excel sheet/ CRM Software.
Make an initial call with the leads and provide a brief description about the company and the products.
Ability to build rapport with the customer.
Identify customer needs & requirements and able to provide solutions based on understanding their budget.
Prepare a rough estimation for customers based on their requirement Qualifications & Skills Required:-Any Bachelors Degree1-3 Years in Customer service sector.Familiar in CRM Software is an advantage.
