Job Description: We are looking for a SAP IS-U (Customer Service) Consultant with a strong background in designing, developing, and implementing end-to-end integration solutions.

The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of overall experience in SAP and middleware technologies, including at least 1 full-cycle end-to-end implementations using SAP IS-U (CS).

Required Skills:8+ years of hands-on SAP IS-U CS configuration and implementation experience (move-in/move-out, disconnection/reconnection, contract account management, contact log, BPEMs etc).

Work closely with billing, device management, and SAP Service cloud C4 C teams to ensure seamless integration.

Deep understanding of utilities-specific business processes (e.g., meter-to-cash, customer onboarding, service requests).

Experience with integration to SAP C4 C, FICA, and Device Management.

Knowledge of BPEM (Business Process Exception Management) and SAP C4 C Integration.
