benefits administration, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end U.

S.

payroll using payroll and ERP systems, with a strong focus on payroll accounting.

Perform post-payroll activities including reconciliation, payment processing, and coordination with Finance for month-end close.

Ensure accurate data management, record-keeping, and reporting in line with compliance requirements.

Prepare journal entries in ERP systems related to payroll and benefits transactions.

Conduct payroll P&L reconciliations to support accurate financial reporting.

Handle U.

benefits enrollment and manage ongoing benefits program (health, dental, vision, 401(k), etc.).

Coordinate with HR, Finance, and external vendors to ensure proper benefits integration.

Ensure compliance with U.

S.

payroll regulations, including federal and state labor laws, wage and hour laws, and reporting requirements.

Validate invoices, generate payment advice for international contractors and consultants, post payment journal entries, and prepare reconciliations and reports.

Liaison with payroll and compliance service provider in India, resolve employee queries related to India payroll, benefits and compliance.

Employee compensation data management and related documentation from onboarding to exit.

Liaison with service providers and vendors for India benefits program and labor compliance.

Additional Responsibilities: Serve as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders in all matters related to payroll and benefits.

Conduct periodic payroll audits to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Oversee timecard approval and validation processes to ensure accurate tracking of working hours.

Create and manage MIS reports to provide payroll insights and support decision-making.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any field; a background in Accounting, HR, or a related discipline is a plus.

Minimum 6 or more years of work experience in U.

payroll processing and payroll accounting.

Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Acumatica, SAP, Oracle).

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll reporting tools.4 plus years of work experience in handling U.
