We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Analyst to execute complex payroll calculations and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute moderately complex payroll calculations and processes with expertise in payroll regulations and systems.
  • Contribute to projects impacting payroll and time solutions, collaborating with key stakeholders and occasionally leading low to moderate complexity projects.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors, driving issue resolution for desired outcomes.
  • Resolve intricate payroll and time and absence support cases while handling daily employee and business partner queries.
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of the organization's payroll and time processes and develop working knowledge of the business.
  • Develop recommendations and written reports through research and data analysis support and sharing knowledge to foster a knowledge management culture.
Requirements
  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Typically 8 years of work experience preferably in payroll HR administration, payroll processing, or related field or advanced degree with little or no work experience.
