Min:8+ Years

Requirements:

- Required Skills Qualifications:
-
• 8+ years of hands-on SAP IS-U CS configuration and implementation experience(move-in/move-out, disconnection/reconnection, contract account management, contact log, BPEMs etc.).
-
• Work closely with billing, device management, and SAP Service cloud C4C teams to ensure seamless integration.
-
• Deep understanding of utilities-specific business processes (e.g., meter-to-cash, customer onboarding, service requests).
-
• Experience with integration to SAP C4C, FICA, and Device Management.
-
• Knowledge of BPEM (Business Process Exception Management) and SAP C4C Integration.
-
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
-
• Ability to work with global teams and client stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; SAP certification preferred.
