If you find this interesting and in line with your career aspirations, kindly revert to this with your updated CV.Position Overview:The Unit Leader's primary responsibilities include overseeing end to end fulfillment teams (processing and underwriting and closing) daily, weekly and monthly production goals, while ensuring the level of expected service, quality and integrity of the loans are maintained.
The Unit Leader will be responsible for daily interaction with the Team Managers to ensure pipeline and quality goals are on target, provide support with any challenges or areas of focus, and ensuring opportunities are addressed with a plan identified for success.
The Unit Leader will partner with the Client and the LOB Leader to ensure that changes are effectively communicated to all teams and as an escalation path for customer satisfaction and/or scope clarification or changes.
Should also understand Account P&L and manage profitability along with CSAT and ESAT.
Candidates must possess a strong sense of urgency with an ability to work in a team environment, maintaining excellent organizational, communication, and PC skills.
The successful candidate must be: Customer Service oriented achievement oriented, self-disciplined, organized, persistent, competent, methodical, deliberate and dependable.Essential Job Functions:Manage and lead a Account / Multiple accounts consisting of processing functions, knowledge of underwriting and closing functions would be an added advantage.Lead the site for operations and liaise with other organizational departments for smooth functioning of the facilityIf appointed as a Licensed Branch manager, fulfill all responsibilities of a Licensed branch manager for the site/locationMotivate and lead team to success using recognition, team building activities and positive reinforcementOversee production and quality expectations are sustained to achieve monthly business goals and quality service levelsReview P&L components and ensure Revenue and profitability are ameliorated and metHold daily/weekly huddles with all Team Managers, including Pipeline Manager, Quality Manager, and Performance Coaches to discuss trends, gaps, best practices, process changes and/or areas of focus in achieving production and quality goalsConduct monthly sessions with Team Managers to review performance of team and any actionable itemsComplete deep dive into all reporting categories to ensure movement of pipeline through all stages, and collaborate with managers and performance coaches to ensure success of teamsReview internal and external audit reports and call monitoring and work with Performance Coach / managers to conduct individual coaching or team training as needed; address any concerns with manager/team member, if neededReview labor reporting to monitor OT usage and ensure unit is within monthly labor margin budgetPrepare for, attend, and document client meetings/sessionsCollaborate and calibrate with other Leaders to ensure work cultures and best practices are unifiedMaintain current knowledge of client scope requirements and processesAssist in resolving fulfillment issues or customer escalations as they ariseAddress personnel issues with guidance from Site Leader and Human Excellence team, as necessaryComplete performance reviewsRequirements:Minimum 8+ years origination background with management experienceAbility to lead varying levels of skill sets across multiple teams and must have led teams consisting of 100 + staff sizeCandidate should have a NMLS individual licenseClear criminal background and a good credit history higher than 660, No items in collection, in delinquent status, charge offs, foreclosure, etcB1/B2 US VisaLives within 100 miles of Licensed locationThorough working knowledge of end to end processing functionsActs as a champion for the customer/client, ensuring decisions and actions help achieve their goalsAbility to manage risks while ensuring optimal value and outcomes are achievedDemonstrate a bias for action and a commitment to achieving sustainable resultsDemonstrate visible commitment to Digital Risk and client core valuesAbility to develop and align the talent needed to meet business goalsStrong analytic, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skillsDetail oriented, keen attention to detail, and goal drivenAbility to work in a flexible and production oriented environmentStrong leadership skillsMust be able to work in a high stress environment while delivering a high-level of customer serviceMonthly Goal Expectations:Oversee that all teams deliver a consistently exquisite experience for the client's customers by meeting customer satisfaction objectives, meeting loan closings based on original requested close date, meeting target turn times established for refinances, managing that pipelines do not exceed specified age range, and call monitoring meet standards to maintain high level of customer satisfactionOversee risk and quality by ensuring In-line, post-closing, closing, and compliance audit results are within established targets, team members are compliant when speaking to customers and 3rd parties, and security and privacy controls are maintainedOversee financial and productivity targets are achieved, including monthly funding goal, dispositions per day, and loans per team member and for accountDocument monthly conversation with team members, as well general huddles held, and/or specific feedback/direction given to the team memberDemonstrate a commitment to diversity and model behaviors which value each individual for their unique contribution and create an environment that allows each team member to reach their potentialThanks and Regards,Reshma SCell Or Whats App : +(91) 8799914033Right Move Staffing Solutions Private Limited
