
Sales Development Representative

This role involves identifying and qualifying potential customers in the HR technology space, such as recruitment platforms, payroll solutions, and talent management systems.
You'll work closely with our global sales team to drive pipeline growth in high-potential markets like India, Singapore, Indonesia, and Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities: Prospect and generate high-quality leads through outbound calls, emails, Linked In outreach, and other digital channels targeting HR professionals and decision-makers in India and Southeast Asia.
Qualify inbound leads by assessing fit with our HR Tech solutions, including applicant tracking systems (ATS), employee engagement tools, and AI-driven HR analytics.
Schedule demos and meetings for the sales team, ensuring a smooth handoff with detailed lead notes.
Conduct market research on HR Tech trends in the region, identifying opportunities in sectors like IT, manufacturing, and fintech.
Collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation strategies tailored to cultural and regulatory nuances in India and Southeast Asia.
Track and report on lead metrics using CRM tools like Salesforce or Hub Spot to optimize performance.
Maintain a deep understanding of our HR Tech products and how they address regional challenges, such as compliance with local labor laws.
Requirements:3-7 years of experience in sales development or lead generation within the HR Tech sector.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead quotas in B2 B sales, preferably with exposure to Indian and Southeast Asian markets.
Strong knowledge of HR Tech tools and ecosystems (e.g., Workday, Bamboo HR, or similar platforms).
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi, Bahasa, or other regional languages is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Familiarity with sales tools like Linked In Sales Navigator, Zoom Info, and email automation software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with cultural sensitivity to diverse markets.
