Role Overview:
We seek a highly motivated SDR (Sales Development Representative) to join our outbound sales team. This role is ideal for a proactive, persistent, and highly organised rep who thrives on conversations and knows how to book quality meetings.
You will be responsible for email and LinkedIn outreach, and appointment setting. Were seeking someone who can represent our brand with clarity and confidence, bringing a personalised touch to every interaction.
What You'll Do:
- Prospect via LinkedIn, email, and other platforms.
- Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and pipeline progress.
- Hit weekly and monthly targets.
What You Bring:
- 3-5 years of outbound sales or SDR experience.
- Comfortable with cold outreach and email automation tools.
- Strong spoken and written English communication.
- Self-starter with excellent follow-up skills and attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
