
Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, engaging leads and scheduling qualified meetings.
This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in any field and minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in tele calling, inside sales or lead qualification. Proficiency in CRM systems is also essential.
The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for:
- Making outbound calls to leads shared by the marketing team
- Sharing information about franchise opportunities and investment options
- Scheduling qualified leads for meetings with our Franchise Development Manager
Key qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably business or communications)
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in sales development, lead qualification or telemarketing
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to identify qualified prospects and move them into the sales pipeline
