By removing fake sales for our clients, we help cut off this funding and raise awareness of its human cost.2 – Regreening the Planet:We invest in restoring degraded lands to fight climate change and support vulnerable communities in Africa, partnering with NGO Justdiggit to make lasting environmental impact.Role Overview:As Manager IP Protection, Client Success & Business Growth, you will manage and improve operational workflows for our IP protection services, build strong client relationships, and play a key operational and strategic role in developing and managing new business models while driving (AI) innovation.This role combines a startup, hands-on mentality with the ability to shape the direction of new business, while overseeing client reporting and providing ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities:Oversee Brand Protection & E-Commerce Activities: Manage all enforcement efforts and related e-commerce activities across marketplaces, domains, and social media, ensuring timely and compliant takedowns with measurable results — while being ready to step in hands-on when needed in a fast-paced startup environment.Client Onboarding & Planning: Lead onboarding to ensure a smooth transition, set clear expectations, and establish brand protection strategies.Operational Execution: Work closely with the CTO and CCO to ensure technical, enforcement, and customer-facing tasks are delivered effectively.Strategic Growth & Innovation: Drive initiatives in brand protection process improvement, new business models, and (AI) innovation.Business Development: Partner with the CCO to identify, research, and drive forward new leads, client relationships, and strategic partnerships.
Process Improvement: Identify, develop, and implement operational enhancements to boost efficiency and impact on the process and the AI Platform.Project Management: Manage multiple projects at once, meeting deadlines, KPIs, and quality standards.Founder/Board Reporting: Provide regular performance reports, strategic insights, and recommendations to guide decision-making and growth.What We Offer:Rapid Growth Potential: We're scaling fast, and so can you.
