Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Intellectual Property (IP) Strategist.

  • This role is responsible for reviewing and analyzing designs to identify potential areas of intellectual property risk, developing strategies to mitigate these risks, and promoting a culture of innovation within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement IP strategies to protect the company's intellectual property assets.
  2. Analyze patent and competitor portfolio data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement IP policies and procedures.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and advancements in IP law and technology.

Requirements:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Engineering, Law, or related field.
  • At least 18 years of experience in IP management, law, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in IP law or a related field.
  • Experience with IT/data analytics tools.
