You'll own projects end-to-end, specialise in one track, and help build a modern ESCO brand. Pick your primary track (declare in application): Track A — Content & Sales Enablement (70%); Social/Video (30%) Track B — Video & Social Growth (70%); Content/Enablement (30%) What you'll do Write & ship case studies, blogs, on-brand captions. Build sales collateral in Power Point and Canva (decks, proposals) Turn stories into short videos (script + manage editors) Publish on Word Press; run basic email campaigns in Zoho Campaigns. Use AI tools responsibly to draft faster, then edit for tone and accuracy. Must-haves Previous B2 B marketing or sales experience Curiosity about energy efficiency; bias for action. Excellent English; conversational Hindi.

Refined design eye; strong Power Point + Canva skills.

Strong copy editing + brand-tone enforcement.

Linked In management familiarity; Zoho Suite basics.
