The role involves end-to-end involvement in sourcing and screening candidates, while developing strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities : Source and identify qualified candidates using job portals, internal databases, and social media.

Communicate effectively with candidates (verbal and written).

Understand and support the recruitment process.

Build and maintain strong professional relationships.

Participate in training programs to develop recruitment expertise.

Qualifications (Eligibility) : Fresh graduates in the following streams are eligible: B.

Sc., B.
Com, BBA, MBA (HR Specialization), B.

Tech Only 2022, 2023, and 2024 pass-outs are eligible.
