Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our dynamic talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of US hiring processes, excellent sourcing skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates for IT positions using job boards, networking, and social media platforms.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Negotiate salaries and manage offer processes.
- Maintain recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 1–3 years of experience as a US IT Recruiter (experience with W2, 1099, C2C hiring is preferred).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10, ₹48,999.51 per month
