Here, knowing how to learn is a skill in itself, and the key to creating lifelong learners with the means to adapt and thrive in a constantly changing world.Position Overview:As a Performance Marketing Lead, you will own and drive the end-to-end digital marketing strategy to generate high-quality leads and optimize conversions across the digital ecosystem.
With a strong focus on Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and paid campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, and You Tube, you will be responsible for crafting and executing a full-funnel performance marketing strategy that directly impacts admissions.You will work closely with the admissions and marketing communication teams to analyze lead quality, campaign ROI, and conversion performance.
Your expertise in Cost Per Lead (CPL), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and attribution modeling will guide strategic decisions that scale campaigns and improve marketing efficiency.You will also lead CRM integration and lead nurturing initiatives across platforms ensuring seamless alignment between campaign messaging and admissions objectives.
As a team player with a data-first mindset, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how our brand connects with progressive parents and builds trust through measurable impact.This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who can toggle between high-level performance planning and hands-on execution, and is passionate about driving meaningful growth in the K–12 education space.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning & Execution:Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and emerging platforms.Align marketing initiatives with business objectives to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.Budget Management & ROI OptimizationOversee and allocate marketing budgets effectively to maximize return on investment (ROI) and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost per acquisition (CPA) and return on ad spend (ROAS).Monitor and adjust spending to ensure efficient resource utilization across campaigns.Data Analysis & Performance MonitoringUtilize analytics tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush to track and analyze campaign performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and conversion funnels.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with creative, content, product, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive messaging and effective campaign execution.Coordinate with sales and customer service departments to align marketing efforts with customer feedback and sales objectives.Market Research & Competitive AnalysisConduct thorough market research to understand customer behavior, preferences, and emerging trends.Analyze competitor strategies to identify opportunities and threats, adjusting campaigns accordingly.Reporting & Stakeholder CommunicationPrepare and present detailed performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges, and actionable insights.Provide recommendations for future campaigns based on data-driven analysisKey Skills & Competencies:Digital Marketing Expertise: Mastery of paid channels like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic advertising.Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills to track and optimize campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.Campaign Management: Ability to strategize, execute, and improve marketing campaigns with A/B testing and conversion optimization.Budget Handling: Efficiently managing marketing budgets to maximize ROI.Technical Know-How: Understanding of tracking, automation platforms, and attribution models.Leadership: Leading and mentoring marketing teams, collaborating cross-functionally.Communication: Clear reporting and stakeholder management.Key Competencies: Analytical thinking, problem-solving, strategic vision, attention to detail, adaptability, and customer focus.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Economics, or a related field.
MBA or Master's) are a plus, especially with a focus on marketing, analytics, or digital strategy.Certifications in digital marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, Hub Spot, Analytics certifications) are highly valued.5+ years of hands-on experience in digital/performance marketing roles.Proven track record managing and optimizing paid campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, Facebook, programmatic, etc.).Strong background in data analysis, using tools like Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms.Experience handling sizable marketing budgets and driving measurable ROI.International exposure is highly valuedWe would love to hear from you
