  • We're scaling fast across website (D2C), marketplaces, and quick commerce with IP-driven products — and now looking for someone to supercharge our growth.

Role Overview:

  • We're looking for a Lead Performance Marketer who will own and scale Famyo's performance marketing funnel for our website.
  • This is a high-ownership role, directly driving revenue growth by managing Meta Ads, Google Ads, and the entire paid performance funnel, with a sharp focus on delivering profitable ROAS at scale.
  • You'll lead a small team, work closely with founders, and shape not just campaigns — but the brand itself.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Own & manage Meta Ads & Google Ads — strategy, execution, optimization, and scaling.
  • Build & optimize the performance marketing funnel (acquisition + retention).
  • Manage ₹30–50L+ monthly ad budgets with efficiency & profitability.
  • Collaborate with creatives to ideate hooks, scripts, and storytelling angles that convert.
  • Analyze campaigns, build reports & insights, and run experiments.
  • Hire, train, and manage a small performance marketing & creative team.
  • Partner directly with founders on growth initiatives & brand experiments.
  • Stay ahead of creative testing, ad formats, UGC trends, and platform algorithms.

Skills & Experience Required :

  • 2–4 years in performance marketing with consumer/D2C brands.
  • Proven success handling ₹30–50L+ monthly budgets with strong ROAS.
  • Deep expertise in Meta Ads & Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube).
  • Strong in Excel/Sheets, campaign analysis & data-driven decision making.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to craft hooks, stories & angles that sell.
  • Team management experience with a high ownership mindset.
