The role involves leading modernization and decoupling of legacy enterprise portals and web applications, ensuring clean separation of functionality, security, and user experience across business entities.Overall Experience Requirement:10+ years of experience in enterprise application development and platform support.5+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Web Sphere Portal Server.Strong experience with JBoss Application Server and Struts Framework.Proven leadership in managing full-stack teams and delivering legacy modernization or platform decoupling initiatives.Role Description:Lead the technical planning, design, and execution of Web Sphere Portal and JBoss-based application separation activities.Refactor and migrate Struts-based web applications ensuring compatibility and scalability in new deployment environments.Collaborate with architects, Dev Ops, and infrastructure teams to transition workloads from shared to entity-specific hosting.Manage deployment and configuration of Web Sphere and JBoss across multiple environments.Troubleshoot performance and integration issues, and provide hands-on support in resolving production incidents.Ensure secure, role-based access control, data partitioning, and user experience continuity during and after separation.Guide offshore/onshore development teams and enforce coding and platform standards.Please let me know if you are interested in this position and send me your resume to netra.s@twsol.com
