Role Description
This is a full-time role for a lead generation specialist at BillingParadise, located in Chennai. As a lead generation specialist, your day-to-day tasks will include conducting secondary research, data mining, generating new leads, and effectively communicating with potential clients and cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
New Leads, Lead Generation, and Secondary Research skills, LinkedIn outreach, Cold email
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Collaborate with the Sales department to develop and implement lead generation campaigns
Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
Utilize CRM tools to track and manage leads and sales activities.
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and ROI.
Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus
Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field
Requirements
*Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
*Proven track record in lead generation or sales roles (4-5 years experience).
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Proficiency in HubSpot CRM software, Apollo, Klenty, SalesNavigator, OctopusCRM, Dripify, Expandi, Snov.io, Woodpecker, Mail Merge, and Microsoft Office Suite.
*Highly motivated, results-oriented, and target-driven.
*Knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics.
