What You Will Be Doing
Team Management/IC
- Set clear objectives, define goals and ensure each team member aligns with the team’s and organization’s vision.- Manage the Queue and make sure SLAs are met- Support and guide team members to ensure they meet their individual targets and KPI’s- Generate reports on team performance and provide regular updates to management.- Enhance the current process and making it more effective- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, from sales/finance teams to senior management.- Manage change effectively and mitigate risks.- Responsible for creation of quotes and opportunities in Salesforce- Take ownership of work and ensure completion as per agreed SLAs and timeframes.
Projects Management
- Manage project scope and timelines- Responsible for all the intake meetings and understanding the in-depth requirements from the stakeholders- Working closely with the team – assigning the project, solving their queries, managing the timelines, and bringing the project to a closure
What You Will Need for this Position
- Master’s degree in business administration, management, finance or a related field.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in process-oriented role- Proven work experience as a team leader is a must.- Prior experience in working in Salesforce (CRM) tool is preferred.- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.- Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal & Written), Presentation Skills.- Attention to detail, deadline focus and ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
