Qualification : 2024/ 2025 Master’s / Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering/ Automotive Engineering


Skills Requirement: ( Preferred)

  1. A solid grasp of heat transfer and fluid flow, both theoretically and practically.
  2. Proficiency in solving flow and temperature issues on an electronics or automotive platform throughout the coursework.
  3. Candidates with a solid understanding of the EV systems and subsystems will be preferred.


Added Advantage: Working or hands-on experience with CFD tools like GT-Suite, Altair Hyperworks, Ansys Fluent, or Star CCM.


Job Responsibilities:

  1. To support different programs for systems including battery packs, motors and motor drives, chargers, and other electronic components, plan, set up, and run CFD simulations.
  2. To offer insights on the flow and thermal phenomena under discussion, interpret the findings of CFD/thermal modeling.
  3. Offer technical assistance and help resolve any fluid-thermal problems with the product.
  4. Provide simulation capabilities for 2-wheeler EV systems and establish a link between simulation outcomes and test data.
  5. Create automation scripts and strive to enhance simulation techniques for faster processing and higher precision.
  6. Create your own reports for each simulation activity as well as standard documents for CFD and thermal simulation methods.
