As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading the Transmission/e-Drive/e-motor CAE simulation team to further enhance digital development capability with partners. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in CAE (Durability or CFD or NVH) simulation along with 3-4 years of business development and people management
• Establishing complete Transmission/e-drive digital development for Mercedes-Benz passenger cars and enabling fulfillment of development targets
• Validation of results with required testing activities
• Management of employee motivation, development, optimization of costs structure, minimization of personnel fluctuation, method developments for new digital technologies, test correlation, co-simulations, multi-disciplinary methods, Optimization and use of Data science for accelerated digital development
