Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Order Processing Manager at Mechatro Cranes in Pune. The Order Processing Manager will be responsible for processing purchase orders, communicating with stakeholders, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing invoicing tasks.

Qualifications

  • Order Processing and Purchase Orders management
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in managing order processing tasks efficiently
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Detail-oriented and organized approach to work
  • Internal coordination with various departments and communication with the customers
  • Knowledge of industrial equipment or material handling industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical
  • 5-6 years of experience in manufacturing industry ( Crane industry preferred)
