Overview:Join our dynamic team at AariyaTech as a Strategic Growth Specialist. This role combines responsibilities across business development, pre-sales, and lead generation, focusing on driving strategic growth initiatives and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation:Identify and qualify potential customers through research, social media, and networking.Utilize tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and HubSpot to enhance lead generation efforts.Maintain a comprehensive lead database, track activities, and optimize conversion strategies.

Business Development:Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging markets, trends, and customer needs.Develop and execute strategies to attract and acquire new clients.Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.Deliver compelling sales presentations and negotiate agreements to foster business growth.

Pre-Sales Support:Engage with prospective clients to understand their requirements and challenges.Conduct product demonstrations and present customized software solutions.Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.Respond promptly to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs).

Requirements:Proven experience in business development, pre-sales, or lead generation roles, preferably within IT or software industries.Strong understanding of global software markets and emerging industry trends.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build strong client relationships.Proficient in CRM software and sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and HubSpot.Ability to work independently, remotely, and manage time effectively.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field preferred.
