SKYi Developers is in search of a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Skyi Developers, you'll take charge of a budget exceeding 3 crore, utilizing your expertise in platforms like Facebook, Google, and native advertising to drive results. Your main focus will be on data analysis, guiding strategic decisions through insights garnered from analytics tools and Excel.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage a significant budget, ensuring optimal allocation across various digital channels.
  • Utilize analytics tools to derive insights and optimize campaign performance.
  • Oversee vendor and agency relationships, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Implement CRM solutions and integrate them with Google Ads and Facebook Ads to enhance lead generation.
  • Lead the creation and execution of lead generation campaigns, optimizing lead flow and conversion rates.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive paid advertising strategies across multiple platforms, including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Leverage data analytics to optimize campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, and maximize ROI.
  • Design targeted campaigns focused on lead generation and e-commerce sales growth.
  • Track user journeys using product analytics tools and make strategic decisions based on insights.
  • Experience with data-driven decision-making and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.


Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in core Performance Marketing.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on Facebook, Google, and native platforms.
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis using Excel or similar tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and vendors effectively.
