SEO and Performance Marketing Specialist - Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic SEO: Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to enhance organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
  • Keyword Mastery: Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization to ensure we stay ahead of the curve.
  • Analytics Expertise: Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • PPC Campaigns: Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and social media, maximizing ROI.
  • Collaborative Optimization: Work with the content team to integrate SEO best practices into website content, enhancing visibility and engagement.
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest SEO and digital marketing trends and best practices, ensuring we leverage cutting-edge strategies.
  • Performance Reporting: Generate regular performance reports, offering clear insights and recommendations for future campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an SEO and Performance Marketing Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO practices, algorithms, and tools.
  • Experience with PPC campaign management and optimization.
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Certification in Google Analytics or Google Ads is a plus
