RoleandResponsibilities: Creating& managing to implementing overall Marketing Plan (Launchesincluded) Draft 360degreeproduct launch marketing (media) plan/calendar basis Targets / TG /Theme & implement itvia prioritizedactivities on the marketing roadmap. In addition to above alsomanage the budgets for theircampaigns mediaselection & allocation basis awareness /acquisitionCreating programs and overseecampaigns. Assist in creatingprograms and campaigns to attract home buyer. Driving campaigncommunication requirementsalong with brandteam to make sure creative and content are aligned with the salesteam. Also come up with ideasfor futureprograms and campaigns. CustomerExperience Identify key touchpoints from the customer journey and implement best practices.Bridge the gap betweencustomers and thebrand to ensure that the touch points across the customers journeyare engaging efficient andeffective. This byplanning & creating an experience in alignment to brand& campaign theme. Manage crossfunctional teams Work withBrand Digital SMO & PR team is achieving the overallmarketing plan objectives in termsofcommunication delivery & leadgeneration Events& Expos Conductevents pertaining to sites as per Marketing calendar these canrange from massive product launchesandconferences to smaller efforts such aswebinars. VendorManagement Need to engagewith other people outside the company too such as vendors partnersor advertising agencies.Negotiate best ratesdevelop strong network and manage the vendors from execution topayments Supportingsales Right from producinginformational kits to developing campaign pitch to training salesreps on how to movecustomers along thebuyers journey more effectively. Apart from keeping all crossfunctional teams informed onthe marketingplans also service all incoming request within the stipulatedtimelines and are the goto people foranyinternal marketingrelated questions orrequests. Analyzingmarketing data Track analyzeand report on the impact of all marketing activities. Look for waysto improve their efforts andbetter engagewith prospective customers. They may also evaluate competitors andcompile and shareindustrytrends. OnSite Maintains quality service byestablishing and enforcing standards training representativesmonitoring callssurveying customers andevaluating outcomes. ReviewManagement Monitor businessactivities and performance. Monitor and track key performanceindicators. Evaluate and reviewmarketingcalendar month on month basis campaigns advertising media plan tomake sure the correct mediumsare being usedand campaigns are effective. Preparing reports preparingpresentations interpreting informationandmakingrecommendations
