Role Requirements:
Well versed with stakeholders and dynamics of “Manufacturing Sector” (any 2/3 industries).
Proven experience in the “manufacturing” sector – process industry is a plus.
Experience of attending and soliciting business from Industrial Expos, Trade Shows.
Sound understanding of industry practices and familiarity of business processes and organization structures. Existing contacts in the (listed/chosen) industries is a plus.
Ability to understand an articulate customer pain points through primary/secondary research to provide appropriate solutions
Ability to drive outreach and user acquisition
Demonstrated ability in building or managing B2B relationships
Demonstrated ability to network, prospect, persuade and develop rapport leading to successful deal closure through offline channels (Eg. Tradeshows, conferences, expos, etc.)
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
Responsibilities:
Identify partnership opportunities
Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
Collect information and data on potential users, competitors, and industry experts
Understand and analyse current market trends to drive user acquisition
Consolidate information into actionable items, reports, and presentations
Discover prospective users in industry, academia, and government institutions
Drive outreach activities for all identified potential user database
Identify and onboard Users, Industry experts, Influencers, Key Accounts for growth hacking
Actively drive user growth m-o-m by creating development plans in line with growth projections
Identify additional market opportunities through meetings, networking, and other channels
Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent experience
3 - 7 years' prior industry related business development experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
Focused and goal-oriented
Compensation: Per industry standards. Indicative range INR 4-8 Lacs per annum.
