Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Hyderabad. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, employer branding, conducting interviews, and implementing effective recruiting strategies.QualificationsExperience in full-life cycle recruiting and hiringProficiency in employer brandingStrong interviewing skillsAbility to create and implement effective recruiting strategiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work in a team and collaborate effectivelyFamiliarity with the VLSI industry is a Mandatory requirement.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related fieldNetwork with VLSI engineers & expert is a plus.
