Ediscovery quality analyst and project manager

Experience:
A minimum of 3-6 years of experience.
Prior eDiscovery experience is a plus.
Knowledge of common e-Discovery tools is a plus. (i.e. Concordance, Relativity,
Introspect, eCapture and Nuix)
Scripting experience is a plus. (SQL, PERL, Python & PowerShell)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required with preferred knowledge of analysis
tools such as advanced Excel, Access along with SQL.
Must possess excellent organizational skills, be detail-oriented, flexible, and able to work
independently
A polished and sophisticated presence which is effective at in-person client meetings.
Ability to manage and effectively prioritize multiple projects under time sensitive deadlines
Handle business matters with tact, diplomacy and confidentiality.
Oral and written communication skills that demonstrate a "White glove" approach to
service.
Ability to work a flexible schedule
Work you will do:
Successful candidate will have a data analytic mind set, and ability to find issues or
anomalies in large sets of data via queries and sampling
Perform Project audits and Data Validation for new quality control steps.
Perform Quality Checks on Client Deliverables by following the Specifications, Process and
Procedures.
Use and critical thinking to identify and develop process improvement opportunities
Develop basic SQL scripts and execute prewritten SQL scripts based on the requirements.
Execute internally developed tools.
Test 3rd party tools and tactical tools.
Monitor and create test plans on implementation/adoption of new processes and
technologies.
Ability to work independently within a team environment and escalate when challenges are
encountered that alter the work plan.
High level of discretion in dealing with confidential and sensitive information.
Skills in creating and presenting; minimal formal delivery; good writing and verbal
communication skills; logical organization of information
