The ideal candidate will have a proven track record inUS HR operations, Employee Relations Management (ERM), US accounting , andportal management , with a strong command ofQuickBooksand other payroll applications.This role demands a proactive individual with a deep understanding ofUS tax laws, accounting principles , andHR compliance processes , along with the ability to effectively collaborate across HR and finance functions in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources & Employee Relations Management (ERM):Manage end-to-endUS HR operations , including onboarding, employee documentation, payroll coordination, and compliance management.Overseeemployee relations , addressing grievances, supporting performance improvement, and driving engagement initiatives.Administeronboarding and offboardingprocesses to ensure a smooth and compliant employee experience.Maintain accurateemployee records, HR files , and ensure confidentiality of all personnel information.Support and executeemployee engagement, retention , and administrative HR programs in alignment with company policies.Accounting & Compliance:Handle day-to-dayaccounting operationsusingQuickBooksand ensure accurate bookkeeping and reconciliations.Maintain complete and accurateBooks of Accountsin accordance withUS GAAPand company standards.Processinvoices, reimbursements, payroll inputs, and tax-related entrieswith precision and timeliness.Ensure compliance withUS tax lawsand coordinate with finance teams for audits and statutory filings.Manage and update financial and HR data acrossUS-based accounting and HR portals , ensuring consistency and accuracy.Time & Data Management:Manage and monitortimesheet submissions , ensuring accuracy for payroll and client billing purposes.Partner with cross-functional teams to maintaindata integrity, reporting accuracy , and operational efficiency.RequirementsBachelor’s degreein HR, Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (Master’s preferred).3–7 yearsof proven experience inUS HR operations, ERM, and accounting processes .Strong hands-on expertise inQuickBooksand exposure to other payroll and HR software.Solid understanding ofUS tax regulations, payroll processes , andaccounting principles .Experience withUS HR and accounting portals .Exceptionalcommunication, interpersonal , andanalyticalskills.High proficiency inMS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)and HR/accounting tools.Ability to work independently, handle sensitive information with discretion, and manage multiple priorities.Willingness to work inUS shifts .Immediate joinerswill be given preference.Good to HaveExperience inUS employee onboarding/offboardingand lifecycle management.Exposure totime tracking systemsandemployee engagement programs .Knowledge ofHR documentation , compliance requirements, and administrative best practices.Why Join UsWork closely with aglobal teamand gain exposure to international HR and accounting standards.Be part of afast-growing, collaborative, and performance-drivenorganization.Opportunity forprofessional growth , continuous learning, and leadership development.
